A DONATION OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The “Cheers-4-10,000 Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by HBOT4Heroes, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in North Carolina.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on December 4, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 26, 2025 and received by January 3, 2026.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 21 or older at the time of entry.
Employees, board members, contractors, and immediate household members of HBOT4Heroes are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
1. Donation Entry (Paid Entry)
Participants may obtain entries by making a voluntary donation to HBOT4Heroes during the Sweepstakes Period:
- $20 donation = 1 entry
- $50 donation = 3 entries
- $100 donation = 10 entries
- $250 donation = 30 entries
- $500 donation = 100 entries
Donations support HBOT treatment for veterans but are not tax-deductible because sweepstakes entries are provided in exchange for the donation.
2. Mail-In Entry (Free)
To enter without making a donation, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3″x5″ card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each mail-in entry counts as 1 entry.
Limit one mail-in entry per envelope.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 26, 2025 and received by January 3, 2026.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the complete Buffalo Trace 100-for-100 Weller Collection, consisting of:
- Weller Special Reserve
- Weller Antique 107
- Weller 12 Year
- Weller C.Y.P.B.
- Weller Single Barrel
- Weller Full Proof
Estimated Value: $2,000.
No cash alternative. Prize cannot be shipped. Winner must pick up the prize in North Carolina and provide proof of age (21+).
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about January 5, 2026.
The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 7 days. Failure to respond within 7 days will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, reject fraudulent entries, or modify/terminate the sweepstakes in case of technical issues or fraud.
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final.
9. Publicity
Winner agrees that HBOT4Heroes may use their first name, initial, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless HBOT4Heroes, its officers, employees, and volunteers from any liability arising from participation or prize use. HBOT4Heroes makes no warranty regarding the prize beyond what is provided by its manufacturer.
11. Alcohol Compliance
Entrant must be 21+. Prize must be picked up in person with valid government-issued ID. Alcohol will not be shipped under any circumstance.
12. Privacy
Information collected is used solely for sweepstakes administration and communication from HBOT4Heroes. It will not be sold or shared.
