Since then the NC HBOT for Veterans Program has demonstrated an astounding 95% efficacy rate of HBOT among NC Veterans. Use the form below to nominate a Veteran you know to receive treatment.
After nominating a Veteran, a treatment coordinator from Extivita will reach out to discuss the next steps. We'll ask for the nominee's contact details to introduce them to our unique program. Please let your nominee know that you chose to nominate them for complimentary HBOT treatments at our Extivita-RTP clinic.
