A superhero-themed 5K with real-world impact.

Held during National Suicide Prevention Week, the HBOT4Heroes’ Run 4 Their Lives 5K wasn’t just a race—it was a call to action. A moment to honor those we’ve lost. A rally to support those still fighting. A mission to bring real hope to real people.

Why We Ran

Every day, 44 veterans die by suicide. First responders are burning out, and countless loved ones are fighting silent battles. We ran to remind them: you are not forgotten, you are not alone, and we are not done fighting.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) has been giving people back their lives—restoring clarity, reducing suicidal thoughts, healing trauma, and offering hope when nothing else has worked. Yet most who need it still can’t access it.

That’s why this run mattered. It wasn’t just about miles—it was about meaning. We Ran 4 Their Lives, because every step and every dollar helped bring healing, access, and hope to those who deserve it most.
