Bob Burton
Special Forces, CSM, USA, Retired.

Bob Burton is a retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major who served a distinguished 30-year military career, much of it in the U.S. Army Special Forces. He began his career as a combat engineer and soon deployed to Kuwait as part of Operation Desert Storm and Desert Shield. After being selected for Special Forces, Bob advanced through various roles, including communications specialist, intel sergeant, and Special Forces team sergeant, with deployments across the Middle East, Europe, and the Pacific.
Pain Relief and Sleep Restoration
Bob reported full relief from back and shoulder pain after 20 sessions. He also regained the ability to sleep through the night—an essential part of both physical and mental recovery.
Mental Clarity and Emotional Healing
HBOT significantly improved Bob’s cognitive function and mental clarity, lifting the fog that had lingered since his military transition. It also alleviated symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
Rejuvenation and Quality of Life
Bob describes feeling younger and more energized than he did a decade earlier. At 53, he feels stronger and more mentally clear than he did at 43. He credits HBOT for restoring not just his health, but his life.
Advocacy and Veteran Support
Now an HBOT4Heroes ambassador, Bob actively shares the healing power of HBOT with fellow veterans. He hands out flyers and business cards, offering his personal number to those seeking help. He views HBOT as a natural, powerful path to healing and restoration.
Bob’s journey reflects the transformative impact of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for veterans coping with physical injuries and invisible wounds. His recovery is a testament to the therapy’s ability to restore health, purpose, and hope.
