Restored by HBOT—A Warrior’s Journey to Healing and Hope
Debbie Goggins
Tech Sergeant AEF, Retired.

Debbie Goggins served 20 years in the Air Force Reserve as a Tech Sergeant. During her service as an Air Cargo Specialist, she traveled extensively to places like Japan, Korea, the Philippines, and Guam. Though she found purpose in her career, Debbie experienced severe emotional and physical challenges after her time in uniform—including deep depression and suicidal ideation.
Relief from Depression and Suicidal Thoughts
After beginning HBOT, Debbie no longer experiences the deep depression or suicidal ideation that once overwhelmed her. She credits the therapy with bringing her emotional stability and renewed hope.
Migraine Elimination and Pain Relief
Debbie had long suffered from migraines and joint pain. Through HBOT, she experienced complete relief from migraines and noted substantial reductions in knee and foot pain, especially under her left arch.
Improved Ear Function and Skin Health
Despite a painful start due to a narrow ear canal, Debbie found that her ear discomfort decreased significantly after several dives. She also observed improvements in her skin condition, including healing of a rash that appeared early in her treatment—a possible sign of detoxification.
Renewed Energy and Advocacy
Debbie now sees HBOT as beneficial for people of all ages and conditions, from PTSD and depression to diabetes and cancer. Her experience has inspired her to recommend the therapy to others, recognizing the broad scope of its healing potential.
Debbie Goggins’ journey from suicidal depression and chronic pain to hope and healing is a powerful testament to the impact of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Through persistence and support, she experienced transformational results and now champions HBOT as a vital resource for healing and renewal.
